Starting position:The neck is straight and shoulders maintained fixed.

Movement:Make circular rotating movements keeping the neck straight and maintain shoulders fixed.

Number of repetitions:Repeat this movement 4 times.

Neck side-bending movements

Starting position:The neck is straight and shoulders maintained fixed.

Movement:1. Gently bend your head to the left, keeping the neck straight and shoulders maintained fixed. You should feel the muscles on the right stretch.
2. Make the same movement to the right.

Number of repetitions:Repeat this movement 4 times.

Starting position:The neck is straight and shoulders maintained fixed.

Movement:1. Lean and push your upper body forward, maintaining the upper body and shoulders straight. Hold this position for 5 seconds.
2. Make the same movement backwards and hold the position for 5 seconds.
3. Make the same movements slanting sideways forward and sideways backward, on the left side and the right side.

Number of repetitions:Repeat this movement 4 times.
