Following you will find movements to help maintain your joints.
These movements are aimed at maintaining and strengthening the muscle mass of the segments we have studied (cervical spine, hip, knee, etc), but also at maintaining the mobility and flexibility of these joints.
These two components (muscle strength and flexibility) being essential to the preventive treatment of painful flare-ups of osteoarthritis.
These exercises are not aimed at developing muscle mass. These exercises should only be performed outside of painful flare-ups.
Do not hesitate to ask your GP for advice.
